Archon provides plans and planting lists for year-round color, property value enhancement or serene private gardens, including habitat restoration for small sites. Whether the project is Commerical, industrial, agricultural, residential or Public faciltiies, your goals and budget are always paired with responsible water use, maintenance needs, and preventing spread of invasive species. GREEN DESIGN in SITE & BUILDING
In addition to the mandated CA Green Code, Site BMPs, and WUI, Archon offers solutions and ideas to further improve site drainage, accessibility, fire protection, multi-use, heating/cooling efficiency, lighting, energy production, and visibility for raise property values and reduce maintenance costs over the long term. Form follows function, and function must not be wasteful. Designs include integrated phase planning to reduce waste and use local and recycled materials to the greatest extent possible.
REGIONAL PLANNING
Archon provides regional assessment and planning as well, from compiling public records, producing area overlays and charts, producing intergraded multi-parcel plan sets, and interpolating data to indentify parcels within a defined area that fit your criteria. The focus is in terms of general plan, natural resources, natural hazards and environmental information. Mapping and consulting translates easily into presentation materials. Code, plan, and ordinance references are always researched thoroughly to provide accurate and concise context for your project.
BIOLOGICAL CONSULTING
Since 2008, Archon has provided thorough surveys of sites and provided our Clients with the information needed to balance their vision with the state and local conservation plans in place. Our focus is to preserve as much native habitat as possible while striving for the realization of the full property potential. Vegetation mapping, flora and fauna observations and a wide array of focused surveys are provided by Archon. Reports comply with CDFW, FWS, CEQA, NEPA, MSHCP, NCCP, MSCP, and all other HCP standards in So. California.
