Services are tailored to the needs of the Client and all applicable regulations.  

Archon supplies an integrated vision that covers the full breadth of the construction planning process from start to finish akin to the master builder of days past.  The advantage Archon brings to the table is the capability to deliver a fully realised plan from a singular professional source, avoiding the inefficiency of collaboration between many separate firms, and taking a personal role in keeping communication current and accountable on projects needing a more partial role.  

Typically, services include producing reports, drafting plans, form compliance, conceptual design charettes & sketches, color perspectives, 3D modeling, item/plant schedules, calculations, working drawings and integrated systems plans.  Building plan sets are designed in part or full with engineered civil drawings and other site plans, utility schematics, and can include mechanical, lighting, plumbing, electrical, landscaping / irrigation and energy production as needed.

All plans are stamped and checked by licensed professionals hired by the Client or Archon Consulting when required.
